The key person’s role is important for both child and parents. The key individual is a named “EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR” who has responsibilities for a little gathering of children and help the child to feel safe & secure.

Early years educator help them settle into a new environment. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs to help the child become familiar with their peers and environment. They should also help families engage with more positive support for child’s developmental growth.
